The Janellis Capability Uplift Framework provides organisations with a customised learning program to reach their strategic goals. It is a four-step process of discovery, design, delivery and embedding capabilities through a tailored learning journey. The process considers current capabilities and desired capabilities, design and delivery options and strategies to embed the skills, allowing for a customised learning experience.
Discovery
Step 1 - Discovery
During our Discovery phase, we assess current skills, future skills, current training programs and desired outcomes. We uncover the critical skills that will drive the most value, as well as those with the greatest potential to produce the desired project or achieve your strategic outcomes.
Design
Step 2 - Design
The Design phase incorporates the latest thinking in adult learning to deliver results. This is comprised of self-directed learning that is active; based on experiences, real-life tasks and immediate problems; and focused on finding solutions and building skills. We develop core skills and content to address the skills gaps.
Deliver
Step 3 - Delivery
The Capability Uplift Delivery phase uses a selection of learning channels, techniques and strategies to build and embed capability. These include: eLearning, face to face learning, group training sessions, Digital War Rooms, scenario-based activities and the use of aide memoires.
Embed
Step 4 - Embed
The Embed phase includes a series of activities designed to put the learnings into practice immediately after the training sessions. It also includes peer engagement and review. Online tools, frameworks, surveys, coaching and social learning strategies combine to embed capability.
