No matter what level you are at, stakeholder engagement is a critical skill and most successful leaders have mastered this capability. For some leaders, this mastery remains intuitive and for others it is consciously developed through a strategic and systematic approach to stakeholder engagement.
Stakeholders include people within your organisation and externally and they may include people you are managing downwards or people you are managing upwards.
On Thursday, 19th May from 15:00 to 15:45 (AEDT), Janellis will be holding a webinar on our 4 Steps to Engaging Key Stakeholders which is a simple but strategic and holistic approach to stakeholder that includes the following:
- Who are my key stakeholders (and who are they not)?
- What are they currently thinking, saying, feeling or doing?
- What do I want them to be saying, feeling, thinking or doing?
- What strategies can I use to better engage them?
There are many different strategies you can be used use to improve engagement with your stakeholder and assist you in changing behaviours and driving outcomes on your initiatives and projects.
This session will highlight the challenges of stakeholder engagement using scenario-based discussions and will explore different strategies that can be used to engage and align a wide-range of stakeholders.
The webinar will also allow participants the opportunity to ask questions in relation to current challenges during the session or in a confidential conversation offline.
