Assessing the impacts from Covid-19 on your project and team

As the levels of uncertainty remain high and the impacts on businesses are still being examined, projects and teams are still affected. Many projects are in a holding pattern or under review, whilst teams are coming to terms with restructure in response to COVID-19.

Janellis will be holding a webinar on Wednesday, 1st July from 15:00 to 15:45 (AEDT) to provide guidance and practical methods to re-calibrate projects affected by COVID-19 and enable team-based decision making.

In this session, the Janellis team will explore the frameworks available to review current projects that are in-flight through a crisis management lens.

The webinar will explore:

  • The impacts COVID-19 is currently having on projects and teams
  • Realigning projects in the current environment
  • A simple 7-Step framework to enable team-based critical thinking

This webinar will also allow participants the opportunity to ask questions in relation to current challenges during the session or in a confidential conversation offline.
