As organisations assess and review their response to Covid-19, innovation and rapid decision-making must be harnessed equally. Setting clear goals, determining actions to achieve the goals and mobilising resources to execute the actions is difficult during times of uncertainty and complexity.
On Monday, 20th July from 15:00 to 15:45 (AEDT), Janellis will be holding a webinar on how organisations are forecasting their strategy and ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities taken. The session will demonstrate how teams can develop a roadmap that can withstand change and that draws upon the vast experience, knowledge and brains trust of the organisation.
In this session we will discuss and elaborate how to:
- Implement a simple framework to consider potential scenarios and plans to respond to them
- Enable objective, robust, and defendable decision-making that draws upon the brains trust of an organisation
- How to best use ‘war room’s’ to enable rapid decision making
- How ‘war rooms’ can be used to identify opportunity and re-calibrate strategy
This virtual lab will also allow participants the opportunity to ask questions in relation to current challenges during the session or in a confidential conversation offline.
