Agile Coach and Scrum Master

A seasoned agile coach/scrum master, practitioner, trainer and practice leader with more than 10 years’ experience and a passion for building productive teams in large and complex working environments including Financial Services.

Key achievements:

  • Coached BAU and project teams in the adoption of Kanban, Scrum, feature-driven development practices to focus the team on getting quality work done, keeping the work visible and incorporating customer feedback was manageable.
  • Established a shared and visible backlog with a consistent way to value and prioritise competing demands so teams could move more quickly and with more confidence and therefore deliver better quality results.
