Key achievements:

• As CIO of Dexus, developed a comprehensive five-year technology strategy encompassing all business divisions. Resulted in the successful execution of all technology commitments with the completion of over 75 key technology projects replacing legacy platforms and re-insourcing critical technology services.
• Positioned Dexus to lead the industry in digital transformation as a result of a focused three-year business transformation program of work spanning Customer, Investor, Asset, Supplier and Dexus Operations. The program implemented a fully integrated platform by partnering and co-developing with Yardi, the world leader in Property Management Software based in the US. Dexus is the only Australian Property Group to successfully complete a full business transformation with a $30 million investment and a 30% increase in scope.
• Established a comprehensive Cyber Security platform for Dexus with no breaches. Founding member of the Cyber Security Committee with the Property Council of Australia.
