Key achievements:

• Led the implementation of a regulatory reporting IT platform spanning global entities in line with SDLC and other project methodologies for a Global Bank.
• Set up and led a PMO for an enterprise ERP program, developed project plans, led program governance and led program portfolio activities for an Australian energy provider.
• Established and led an Agile PMO which was responsible for the Systems and Services Release train made up of Systems/Platform Product Owners and Scrum Masters, Robotics, Engineering Productivity and Service Performance for a Global Bank.
• Change Lead responsible for CPS 234 regulation readiness for BFS including change management and communications strategy and planning with Macquarie Vendor Managers, Relationship Manager and Vendor Executives.
• Business management for the Systems and Services Release train made up of Systems/Platform Product Owners and Scrum Masters, Robotics, Engineering Productivity, Service Performance and Availability,
• Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling across Delivery, Infrastructure and Software Licensing spend categories, using financial tools and self-maintained financial models.
